The first fifteen tracks are drum‑and‑bass starting with a four bar groove on a G Bass note
that gracefully ascends by half steps to the octave, then descends back again.
Within each four‑bar cycle, play scales or any other materials of you choose.
This is excellent way to sharpen technique and build confidence.
